It’s always an honor to team up with the classic American footwear brand, Johnston & Murphy. Last fall I styled their sleek Allister full grain leather sneakers to compliment a monochromatic outfit. This season, I stayed with the monochromatic inspiration but shifted towards a new style of the Fenton Lace-Up in gray suede. It has a highly cushioned footbed, rubber sole, and a removable insole. The suede is water-resistant and hand-finished for a softened feel. What sets these apart is a contrast white leather detail at the heel—adding a bit of fashion to these casual classics. Also note that it comes with white and gray laces. I chose to style it with the gray version as it provides a clean finish to the outfit—but the white pair adds a nice contrast depending on your look.
