My style lately has taken a turn for the cozier. The more I get into fashion, the more I realize the importance of keeping comfortable on a daily bases. A few years back, I would wear items that were uncomfortably tight. The skinny fit was trendy and who was I to argue? However, one thing I’ve learned, is that it’s important to dress for your body type. I have a fairly broad and athletic build, and the ultra skinny fit just wasn’t for me. I decided to loosen up just a bit on my clothes and size things with a bit more classical approach. While oversized clothing seems to be going through another trend right now, I think it’s much safer to keep things fitting proper—not too skinny and not too large. The perfect amount of comfortable for me.
With the weather cooling waaaay down, the comfort level of my outfits seems to be going way up. Having a good pair of sweatpants in you arsenal is a must have. Having sweats with a tailored fit allows you to feel comfortable and confident in your style. If you need to leave the house, grab a bite to eat, or run some errands—you’ll still look properly put together with a pair of high-quality fitted joggers.
